TECHNICAL DATASHEET
SUPRABOND Spray adhesive is designed for bonding Vinyl Composition Tile(VCT) Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) and vinyl sheet goods over porous and Non porous substrates.
BOND TO SUBSTRATES (Adheres to)
Substrates such as wood, metal, fiberglass, terrazzo and existing VCT in commercial and residential applications.

Withstand 8 to 10 lbs.MVER @ pH11-12 to 95%RH
Fast setting, Aggressive tack. Uses 75% less adhesive.
High Moisture and pH resistance adhesive
Develop immidiate shear strength after installation.
Faster installation compare to labor intensive trowel adhesive
All trafic is allowed immidiately

APPLICAION & CLEAN UP
Do not subject aerosol to freezing temp
Store adhesive at min 68°F 24 hours prior to use.
Surface to be bonded must be free from moisture, grease,rust,dirt.
& contaminates. Protect from overspray with a spray shield,
drop cloth ,paper or mastic tape.
Overspray be cleaned with warm soapy water when wet or solvent
when dry.
If dried adhesive is collected around nozzle scrap to unplug tip.
shake can well before use.
Hold can downwords 20-30 inches horizontly from the substrates.
Aim at the floor,press side of the nozzole tip as you walk slowly back and forth.
Do not use sweeping motion as it may create uneven coverage.
Adhesive should spray in a wide mist.
Allow adhesive to dry untill there is no adhesive transfer when lightly touch.(15-30min)
Open time can be from 2-3 hours depending on temp/humidity
Ensure proper alignment .Roll flooring with a 80-100lb roller within 1 hour after installation.
Flooring may be heat welded I hour after installation.Floor is ready to all excess.
FIRST AID PROCEDURE
Inhalation: Extended inhalation of vapors or mist may cause headache, nausea and irritation of nose throat and lungs.Remove patient to fresh air.
Eye contact: Direct contact may cause slight irritation and redness.Flush eyes with plenty of water for 15 minutes. consult a physician if irritation persists.
Skin contact: prolonged and repeated contact may cause slight irritation. Wash with water untill clean .consult a physician if irritation persists.
Ingestion: If ingested call a physican immidiately . Remove stomach content by gestric suction or induce vomiting as directed by physician.

Non -hazardous under the OSHA standard (29CFR 1910.1200)
Not controlled product under the canadian HAZMAT information system.
