TECHNICAL DATASHEET
SUPRABOND (WTA) Spray adhesive is designed for bonding approved Wall Tile in verticle applications.Tiles must be non grooved backing for use in commercial or residential applications. The Tile should not be larger then 6×6.

Water resistant dry wall,Hardie board,Green board,Densshield, plywood,Metal,Fiberglass,Glass primed sheetrock & Existing wall tile.

SURFACE PREPARATION
Store adhesive at min 68°F, 24 hours prior to use.
Do not subject aerosol to freezing temp
Surface to be bonded must be free from moisture, grease
Rust,dirt or any contaminent. If necessary use wet cloth to remove
dirt from the wall..Follow application proceedure.
APPLICAION & CLEAN UP
Protect from overspray with a spray shield, drop cloths, paper or masking Overspray be cleaned with warm soappy water when wet or solvent when dry.
If dried adhesive is collected around nozzle gently scrap to unplug tip.
Aim at the substrate and press tip or pull trigger with finger.
It is advisable to apply light amount of adhesive to both surfaces.
Ensure proper alignment before application of pressure. Reposition as necessary
Apply firm pressure to complete bonding.Coverage;- 40-60 sq ft per 21 oz can
Open time can be from 1-1.5 hours depending on temp/humidity
Grout after 1 hour
FIRST AID PROCEDURE
Inhalation; Extended inhalation of vapors or mist may cause headache,
nausea and irritation of nose throat and lungs.Remove patient to fresh air.
Eye contact:Direct contact may cause slight irritation and redness.Flush eyes
with plenty of water for 15 minutes.consult a physician if irritation persists.
Skin contact; prolonged and repeated contact may cause slight irritation.
Wash with water untill clean .consult a physician if irritation persists.
Ingestion;If ingested call a physican immidiately . Remove stomach content
by gestric suction or induce vomiting as directed by physician.
CLASSIFICATION:
Non -hazardous under the OSHA standard (29CFR 1910.1200)
Not controlled product under the canadian HAZMAT information system.
