INSTALLATION GUIDE
Store adhesive at min 68°F 24 hours prior to use.
CLEAN THE SUBSTRATE
To keep surface to be bonded clean use the dry rag to take all the dirt out of the wall
use finger to check the dirt, If necessary wipe the wall with wet cloth.
Make sure wall is completely dry before application.
Surface to be bonded must be free from moisture or any contaminates.
PROTECTION FOR OVERSPRAY
Protect from overspray with a spray shield, drop cloths or masking tape
Overspray be cleaned with warm soapy water when wet or solvent
(mineral spirit)When dry.
APPLICATION OF ADHESIVE
Store adhesive at min 68°F 24 hours prior to use.
Shake can well before use. Remove blue safety tab.
Hold can upright. approximately 20-25 inches horizonal from the substrate. Aim and pull the trigger.
It is advisable to apply light amount of adhesive to both surfaces.
If dried adhesive is collected around the nozzle scrap to unplug tip.
INSTALLATION OF WTA
Allow adhesive to dry until there is no adhesive transfer when lightly touch.
It may take 10-15 min for adhesive to feel dry to touch.
Ensure proper alignment before applying pressure. Reposition as necessary.
Apply firm pressure to complete bonding. Coverage;- 45-55 sq ft per 21 oz can
Open time can be up to 1-2 hours depending on temperature and or humidity
Ensure proper alignment
FINAL STEP GROUTING
tile can be grouted after 1 hour of installation.

SURFACE PREPARATION
Surface to be bonded must be level, dry & free from dirt, dust ,grease, rust and any foreign
material. Surface also must be free from moisture, alkalinity and all contamination
that may inhibit cure
APPLICATION
SX 6501 may be applied via spray, brush or Roll coat using smooth1/4"nap paint roller.
For maximum performance U-notched 1/32 X 1/16 X 1/32 can be used
Clean up – cleaned with warm soapy water when wet and mineral spirit when dry.

SUPRABOND CARPET Spray adhesive is designed for bonding Carpet, Carpet Tile, double stick & Ceramic Tile.
SUBSTRATES -It bonds to concrete, plywood, fiberglass and existing VCT over porous and non porous
surfaces in commercial and Residential application.

APPLICAION & CLEAN UP

Do not use sweeping motion as it may create uneven coverage.
Allow adhesive to dry till no adhesive transfer when touch.

Open time can be up to 4 hours depending on temp/humidity
Ensure proper alignment
Roll flooring with a 75-100lb roller within 1 hour
after installation complete.

FIRST AID PROCEDURE
Inhalation; Extended inhalation of vapors or mist may cause headache,
nausea and irritation of nose throat and lungs. Remove patient to fresh air.
Eye contact:
Direct contact may cause slight irritation and redness. Flush eyes
with plenty of water for 15 minutes. consult a physician if irritation persists.
Skin contact; prolonged and repeated contact may cause slight irritation.
Wash with water until clean .consult a physician if irritation persists.
Ingestion: If ingested call a physican immidiatelyRemove stomach content
by gastric suction or induce vomiting as directed by physician.
CLASSIFICATION:
Non -hazardous under the OSHA standard (29CFR 1910.1200)
Not controlled product under the Canadian HAZMAT information system.

WARNING: content under pressure. May cause eye, skin & respiratory tract irritation.
Keep out of reach of children.
